レゲエフェスティバル「JAMDOWN09」が11月28日、シンガポール東部のD’Tent at Downtown East（1 Pasir Ris Close）で開催される。主催はGroundNation社とThe iLLers社。
参加アーティストは、地元シンガポール出身のバンド「Bushmen」「Shine」、フィリピンの「Jeck Pilpil & PeacePipe」、スリランカの「Shiraz」、グラミー賞にも輝いたジャマイカ人シンガー、マイケル・ローズさんのおいにあたるDJ Judgementなど全7組。同フェスでは活動の一環として、アジア周辺諸国の自然災害で被害を受けた人々への献金活動も行う。
The iLLers社のシャーマン・イシュマル・ラザール広報担当者は「シンガポール人の多くはプレッシャーを感じながら忙しい毎日を送っているが、その一方で BushmenやShineのようにシンガポールのライフスタイルとは対極にあるレゲエ文化に興味を持って活動をしているアーティストもいる。当フェスを通して、他人への思いやりや愛情を大切にするというレゲエの持つメッセージ性を多くのシンガポール人に伝えることで、質素な生き方が見直されるきっかけ作りになれば」と話す。
開催時間は20時〜翌3時。入場料は、男性＝20シンガポールドル、女性＝15ドル。1ドリンク付き。チケットはTickets.comで販売している。

Singapore Reggae Festival is a music fest that will showcase seasoned reggae acts from different part of the world, including Jamaica, UK, Asia and Africa. The event, originally scheduled for 17th October 2009, will now take place on 28th November, 2009 at Siloso Beach, Sentosa Island.
The first-ever Singapore Reggae Festival has gathered so much interest from famous and seasoned reggae artist(s), and many have requested to be part of this maiden edition.
Reggae fanatics across the region and around the world have also indicated that fans would love to have their in-country reggae artist join the performing line-up. As we are committed to meeting reggae lovers demand and give them opportunity to see their favorite reggae artist perform, we have unanimously decided to move the date to accommodate such changes.
We may not have been able to meet all requests, we are happy to say we met some. Hence, the logistics and planning involved in meeting these requests further prompted a later date change.
The organizer would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partners, artistes and fans for their support and understanding.
Come party with us on 28th November, 2009 at Siloso beach, Sentosa.

The event, spunn from reggae artists who has extraordinary will power to revive, will take place on 28th November 2009 at St. James PowerStation
JamDown 09 has garnered far-reaching interest from renowned and seasoned artistes, many of which will be here exclusively in Singapore for the launch of what we hope will be the first of many such extravaganzas.
In keeping with our universal message of One Love, we are honored by the involvement of Mercy Relief, who will be opening up a donations channel in support of victims of the recent natural disasters.
We, the organizers would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partners, artistes and fans for their support of the culture. Come JamDown with us, and, as the legendary Bob Marley once so eloquently put it, “One good thing about music, when it hits- you

相変わらずボジョレーのボの字もないシンガポールです。某日系元シップチャンドラーで、日本人を対象として（おそらく日本人以外誰も興味ない）、店頭に並んでいるくらい。
当然うちでも発注せず（そもそもうちが取引しているワイン・サプライヤー自身全く興味なしで取り扱っていない）、当日の今日も、お客さんからの問い合わせはないでしょう（昨日の時点ではゼロ）。
ということで、仕事終わりにワイン・バーへ。
去年に引き続き「ジョルジュ・デュブッフ（Georges Dubceuf）」。
今年のは、ラベルがカワイイ！
なぜか毎年、「今年は当たり年！」のボジョレーですが、今年も例外にもれず「当たり」だと思います。ボジョレーらしいというか、ガメイ種の爽やかさがよく出ています。色は去年と同じく若干深いかも。
少し冷やして、揚げ物なんかにいいかもしれません。
"Beaujolais Nouveau 2009"
Nobody talk about Beaujolais Nouveau in Singapore as ever.
Only certain Japanese former ship chandler put them on sale (Perhaps, it is not interesting excluding the Japanese).
Naturally we didn't order them. It seems wine supplier we are dealing is not interested in them, so they don't offer. I think nobody ask us about it today.
So I went to the wine bar after work.
Georges Dubceuf again as last year.
This year's label is cute!
I don't know why, they say every year Beaujolais is vintage year but I think this year is definitely vintage year.
It is expressed the freshness of the Gamay. It is THE Beaujolais. Some colors are deep as well as last year.
Cools it a little. Maybe suitable for the deep-frying thing etc.

店の入り口の立て看板に、チラっと見えた鮭児の二文字。まさかなー、なんて店に入ってお勧めメニューの黒板を再確認。ありました。
「鮭児 （けいじ）」。ルイベをいただきました。
けいじと読む。訛ってけんちと呼ばれることもある。知床〜網走付近で11月上旬、中旬に漁獲されるあぶらののった若いサケである。通常のサケと見分ける箇所は、腹を開けて胃袋の下側についている幽門垂の数を調べることで、その数が220個程度あれば「鮭児」である場合が多い。卵巣、精巣が未成熟である。漁獲量は普通のサケ1万匹に対して1 - 2匹程度しかなく、幻のサケといわれている。その身は大変に脂が乗っており（脂肪率が通常のサケの2 - 15%に対し、鮭児は20 - 30%である）、美味である。このため、高級食材として珍重されている。水産庁の外郭団体である独立行政法人水産総合研究センターさけますセンターの調査では、「鮭児」の遺伝子の解析結果より、日本の河川で生まれたものではなく、アムール川系のものであることが判明している。提供: フリー百科事典『ウィキペディア（Wikipedia）』
この食感は初めて。「なにこれ！？」といった感じです。トロです。大トロです。臭み全くなく、お上品な味。
グルメ番組でリポーターが言う「舌の上でとろけますねー。」というクッサいセリフを思わず口にしてしまいそうになる脂の乗り具合。すばらしい！
シンガポールじゃ食べられないだろうなー。
"The fish of per ten thousand, [Keiji]."
[Uotora] is Japanese style pub near the west exit of Yokohama.
In the standing signboard at the entrance of the shop, I glanced two characters of [Kei-Ji]. Surely? I entered the shop, and reconfirmed the blackboard of the recommendation menu. It was sure.
[Keiji]. I had ruibe.
This texture is the first time. I feel, "What's this?". It is [Toro]. It is [Oh Toro]. There is not fishy smell, and it's an elegant taste.
It's ripe. I come near to say automatically that the reporter say in the gourmet program things like theatrical parlance "Melt in the my mouth." Wonderful!
Perhaps, it will not be able to eat it in Singapore.
